While setting your goals you do not want to set goals that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt you can acheive it or any other words, easy goals...you want to set goals that are challenging and upon acheiving your goal you are now at a higher level than you were before acheiving your goal.
If you set goals that are easy to attain and not challenging at all you are not learning anything, you are not growing as a person and learning new things...you are not expanding your horizon.

Have you ever noticed that the more you do something the better you get at doing it? Of course but many people do not apply that knowledge to acheiving their dreams.
To get thing things that you have never had you have to do things that you have never done so of course people are relunctant to take action because they fear the unknown, things that they have never done...however if you take that knowledge of the more times you do something the better you will become at doing it and apply it to taking action it takes away a lot of the fear of doing something the first time knowing you are going to get better at it over time and will help keep your on track on acheiving your goals.

Fear of failure and cause many people a lot of mental pain. They get stuck because of fearing of failing again and not realizing their dreams so to avoid that pain they do nothing at all not realizing that by doing nothing they are guaranteeing failure in their life.

Setting a goal is actually the easy part...taking action is the hard part. The reason why so many people never get past the dreaming stage.
when you have to take that next step which is taking action to fulfill your dream you have to step out your comfort zone and this freezes people in their tracks and they start making excuses why they can not acheive their dreams.
The funny thing is that many people do not realize is that once you step out of your comfort zone and take action...the next time you have to take action again that action is now easier because it is now within your comfort zone.

I have always been the one that no matter if its sports, business, personal, whatever...I was in it to win growing up and I'm still like that today.
I may ruffle some feathers but to me winning is everything. I come from the Vince Lombardi school of thought...

today's media driven world you are constantly bombarded with negativity
about how bad things are with this or that yet through all this
negativity on how bad things are people are still finding success and
many new millionaires are created each day.
These people refuse to listen to the negative and focus on the positive and take action to create the things they want out of life instead of sitting back and waiting for what is handed to them. The old saying good things comes to those that wait...well that is dealing with being patient instead of rushing and probably making things worse...if you sit back and wait on your dreams you will be waiting forever.
